Adobe has a contact support phone number. I have used it before with problems opening Photoshop form LrC. The technical support person remotely went in and fixed the problem when just trying to talk me though it didn't work. If you have a LrC and Photoshop license, the support is free.

I had similar problems, but mostly sending a PS image back to LrC. If Adobe can't help solve your problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling both programs. (Make sure you back up everything, first.) Here's a way to narrow down the problem to LrC: Put an image on your Desktop and then go to PS and Import it. If you do that a couple of times and there are no problems then you know the problem is with Adobe and not user error. Good luck!
